  • I am a woman in her late 30s who personally understands the struggles of imbalanced hormones, the constant battle to have vitality and energy, and the feeling of feeling lost with your body.

  • I am an Accredited Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) with a deep passion for science and the science between our hormones, gut, liver and specifically the transition of female hormones through their 30s, 40s and 50s.

  • Educational and supportive group video calls & post-recording

    Every week for the 6 weeks the group of 6 to 8 women will meet for 45 minutes to address a new topic relating to natural solutions to support changing hormones moving through perimenopause.

    Our aim is to educate, motivate, cultivate new habits and help you understand and get to know your body and symptoms.

  • Nutrition Support, Guidance and Impementation

    The program will cover functional food and essential to support changing hormones, and symptoms (including mood, weight loss and more). It will address key minerals to support the reduction of disease risks associated with perimenopause including metabolic disease. The program will involve implementation and change to diet and lifestyle over the course of the six weeks.

  • Meal Plans, Recipes & Cooking videos & Personalised Supplement Plan

    Recipes, meal plans, interactive live and pre-recorded cooking videos will be provided. Each member will get 2 x 45 minute 1:1 consultations with Christiana to review and analyse blood tests and recieve a personalised supplement plan at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks.

    Meal plans and recipes will focus on menstrual cycle stages, liver and gut support, balancing blood glucose levels, and more!

  • Community & Support

    Community and support are essential during this transition phase. There will be a weekly Q & A session, in addition to the workshop zoom and a chat group with the women in your group and Christiana. Community provides support and comfort through the process and a time to share.

  • A nutritionist can assist you in understanding and managing the hormonal changes during perimenopause. The program is broken down into six weeks each with a new topic including understanding your hormones, micro and macronutrients to support various symptoms, how to support liver and gut health through nutrition, recommendation of foods that help regulate hormones, provides dietary strategies to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings and weight gain, along with guidance on supplements and lifestyle changes. Support and education can help you make sustainable dietary adjustments that enhance your overall well-being during this transitional phase.

  • The program works on habit changes, nutrition and diet changes and movement, and recalibrating the gut, liver and body to assist with weight management and health.

  • All recipes and meal plans are created to support busy women. They are nourishing and tasty, but easy to create. If you struggle with cooking, there is nothing to worry about!

  • Yes! There is an option to pay in 2 parts. 1 x $500 payment at the beginning or the workshop and a second payment of $500, at the end of the second week of the program. Payments are exclusive of GST.
