  • Morning Yoga: Start the day with a delicious yoga flow. Suitable for all skill levels, the session will prime your body, mind, and nervous system to start your day in a truly regulated state. 

  • ‘Mastering Your Hormones’ Workshop: Hosted by gut and hormone nutritionist, Christiana Velis, this workshop will provide key insights into navigating hormonal shifts, finding balance and how to move into and through perimenopause with ease. You’ll gain an increased awareness of your symptoms, learn about the importance of nutrition for hormone health and harmony, cycle syncing and learn easy and actionable strategies for optimising your hormonal health through nutrition and lifestyle practices. 

  • Nourishing Meals: Gather at our table as you nourish and honour your body through a nutritious selection of food for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. 

  • Soulful Reflection & Guided Meditation: An afternoon reflecting on what it means to be a woman in 2024 and what shapes our experience of our menstrual and hormonal health, followed by a meditation practice to get you in touch with the deeper story embedded within your reproductive system. There’ll be space for personal reflection with journaling prompts within our supportive circle of women.

    Christiana is an accredited nutritionist who runs an online nutrition practice helping women around Australia. She specialises in women's health, gut and hormone health. She is so passionate about helping women gain vitality & health.

    At our day retreat, Christiana will be the main facilitator. She will be presenting the Nutrition Workshop on Food, Life & Hormones. Christiana will also running meditation & journaling exercises. Her experience,in-depth knowledge, liveliness and giving nature are contagious and will bring you an invaluable experience as we come together to reclaim vitality, connection and balance.

  • Antoneth Spaziani

    MIDWIFE & PARENT EDUCATOR

    Antoneth Spaziani is a mother of two, an experienced midwife, and an early parenting educator. The term "midwife" translates to "with woman," and through her work with women and their families during the transformative life events of birth and early parenting, Antoneth truly embodies this essence. She is committed to walking alongside individuals on their journey, providing support, knowledge, and compassionate care.

    At our day retreat, Antoneth will be present to ensure everything runs smoothly and will also join us for our soulful reflection and meditation circle. Her expertise and nurturing presence will be invaluable as we come together to reclaim our vitality and deepen our connection with ourselves.

    Danielle Barker

    YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER

    A dedicated meditator for the last 20 years, Danielle Barker E-RYT 500 came to her physical yoga practice after several back injuries. Since that time, she has become - and will forever be - a dedicated student and practitioner. She has completed over 800-hours Yoga Alliance certified training and 100-hours of Pilates International Training. As a result, Danielle’s classes are uniquely dynamic, empowering experiences. Her approach and inspiration are rooted from the different styles of yoga she has studied: Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Sacred Geometry Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga and Kundalini. She creates a supportive environment to guide her students to transform on the mat and her greatest pleasure is to share the joy yoga has created for her with others.

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga, a change of clothes for the rest of the day, comfortable shoes to walk in, a journal or notebook for personal reflection, and an open mind ready to engage in the activities.

  • The retreat includes nutritious meals for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, prepared to nourish and honour your body. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with our meal selections.

  • There is beach side and street parking located around The Bondi Pavilion and Bondi. It is advisable to check local parking regulations and availability in advance.

  • All mats, blocks and bolsters will be provided on the day. 

  • The retreat is designed as a full day experience for women to immerse in self-care practices. It is encouraged that you stay the full day to get maximum benefit from the experience. 

  • At this time, we do not offer a payment plan for the retreat. The full amount of $330 AUD is due at the time of registration.

  • Yes, the morning yoga session is suitable for all skill levels, including beginners. Similarly, the guided meditation will be accessible to those new to the practice.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the retreat will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the retreat.
